Interview with Winner of TAF Emerging Artist Award 2021 winner Madhu Das

Madhu Das, born in Karnataka in 1987, lives and works in Mumbai, India. After gaining his M.F.A (Master of Fine Arts) from the S N School of Fine Arts and Communication, Central University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2013, Madhu has exhibited in several exhibitions.

Most recently the artist has exhibited during a residency in Seoul, South Korea. Other exhibitions include:  “In Rerum Natura” Curated by TAF curator Caterina Corni, at CREA Cantieri Del Contemporaneo, Venice, Italy in 2023; “Natasha” Singapore Biennale (Extended.Asia) Singapore. 2022; “Haze” Group Show at Bagni Misteriosi, Galleria Continua, Milan, Italy, 2022; The Art House and the Royal Overseas League Residency, Wakefield, UK, 2022;  Solo Show in London curated by TAF's Claire McCaslin-Brown in collaboration with The Arts Family, London, UK in 2022; and “Naya Anjor” curated by Arushi Vats, Bikaner House, Delhi, 2022.
